The property is fairly clean; immaculately clean and fairly quiet rooms; exceptionally comfortable bed. It has marvellous location, next to bus stand and the restaurant.

The room was spacious and quiet here on the higher floors. There were an electric kettle and glassware, liked it.

The hotel was nice, however I stayed for 1 night only. The staff was superfriendly, excellent all the time. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room itself was spacious and quiet. I appreciated staying here, the breakfast was pretty decent. The location was central, near to the fitness centre, bagdogra airport and Siliguri.

Location is great. Restaurants close early, no 24-hour coffee. Staff followed up on negative feedback promptly - called, messaged, emailed. Smiling staff, nice pool, approachable gym coach. Enjoyed breakfast and dinner buffet.

The location was good for me as it was short walk to bagdogra airport, Siliguri, and the city centre. Easily reached Moti Restaurant, located a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

Excellent reception, wonderful food supervised by Chef Subhomoy Sarkar and S. Chakraborty. Dedicated and hardworking staff including Bina, Souvik, and Beley in the dining area. Good location with a wide array of delicious breakfast options. Tight security with well-trained staff.

Simply nothing to complain about, excellent stay. Fairly nice area, central location adjacent to the city centre. Lots of food options at walking distance from the venue.
